From the 19th August 2022 construction works shall be undertaken with the installation of a new roof over the Outdoor Common Area, Spa, BBQ area and part of the Swimming Pool.
Due to these works the Swimming Pool, Spa and Common Room shall be closed from Friday 19th August 2022.
It is anticipated that residents shall still be able to use the Sauna and Gym Facilities and continue book online www.cwmut.com.au to use the Tennis Courts within Recreation Centre 1. Access will no longer be available through the front pedestrian gate of the Recreation Centre due to the construction works, you will need to use the rear pedestrian gate to enter and exit the Recreation Centre.
It is expected that construction works shall be completed in time for summer. We will provide you with further construction updates as they come to hand via our Facebook page.
All Recreation Club 2 facilities shall be available for use which includes the Tennis Court, Gym and Swimming Pool (unheated).
