RE: RECREATION CLUB 1 CLOSURE – EXTERIOR ROOF STRUCTURE REMOVAL
From Monday 19th April construction works shall be undertaken to remove the exterior roof structure at Recreation Club 1.
Due to these works and for resident’s safety, Recreation Club 1 including all areasshall be closed from Monday 19th April 2021 up toa maximum of 14 days.
For those residents that have pre-booked the tennis courts at Recreation Club 1 you will receive an emailfrom our office informing you that your booking has been cancelled due to the construction works. Please refer to our website www.cwmut.com.au if you wish to book a tennis court at Recreation Club 2.
All Recreation Club 2 facilities shall remain open for use which includes the tennis court, gym and swimming pool. If you intend to use the tennis court, please ensure you place your booking online to secure a tennis court at your preferred time.
Once the exterior roof structure has been removed the facilities will reopen for use by residents. We will provide further updates as information becomes available.
