Recreation Facilities
You will need an access fob to enter both Recreation Centres. Each Coomera Waters Estate Lot is assigned one access fob only.
If you lose your access fob then please contact Coomera Waters Management Company for a replacement at a cost of $50. When a new fob is issued the old fob will be cancelled and cannot be used for access. Contact Coomera Waters Management Company on (07) 5561 8809 or visit their office (above the Pharmacy). If you find a Recreation Centre access fob, please hand it into our office.
Recreation Centre 1
Access to the Recreation Centre is via your blue/black access fob, you can obtain one of these from the Coomera Waters Management office.
Recreation Centre 1 is open from 7:00am till 8:00pm.
Please show respect for your fellow residents as you enjoy these facilities.
- Lap pool, spa and tennis courts – age limit 13 years, unless accompanied by a resident adult
- Gym – age limit minimum 16 years, no exceptions
- Sauna – age limit minimum 18 years, no exceptions

Recreation Centre 2
Located on Ragamuffin Drive West, at the roundabout leading to Ceil Circuit. With lots of facilities for all residents to enjoy the Recreation Centre is a great place to exercise, play your sport and meet fellow residents.
Access to the Recreation Centre is via your blue/black access fob, you can obtain one of these from the Coomera Waters Management office.
Recreation Centre 2 is open from 7:00am till 9:00pm.

Tennis Courts
Tennis courts are available for use at both Recreational Centres.
To book a tennis court, complete the online booking request form. Maximum of 2 hour bookings per resident. Resident’s with confirmed bookings have preference over casual tennis court users.
Please be considerate of others when making bookings.
Playgrounds
Playgrounds are situated at Recreational Club 2 oval (off Helsal), smaller playground equipment is placed all around the estate too including on Rani Avenue, Seabird Lane and Beau Geste Place.
The children’s playground at Recreational Club 2 was launched in 2007 and has since proven to be very popular with kids of all ages. Equipment includes swings, tunnel, slide, monkey bars, climbing frame, poles and lots more! It also features shade sails to protect children from the sun.
